PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum frequency adjusting method for a voltage- controlled oscillator. SOLUTION: In this voltage controlled oscillator where a ground conductor layer 12 is formed on the lowest plane of a multillayered circuit substrate 2a, a resonator main conductor 13 of a stripline resonator is formed on a laminated plane, one end of it is grounded to the layer 12, the other end is connected to the circuit side, an electronic component is further mounted on the substrate 2a and a top surface is covered with a shield case 4, a frequency is adjusted by forming a slit from the bottom plane, cutting into the conductor 13 and extending the electric length from a ground connection terminal to a circuit connection terminal. |
