PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select a correspondent person and to perform speedy dealing when any trouble occurs at a facility where a maintenance worker is absent. SOLUTION: This system is composed of managing devices 3-3n respectively provided at respective facilities, monitoring device 2 for totally monitoring these managing devices 3-3n and maintenance tool 5 carried with the worker and connected to the managing devices 3-3n during work, and the respective managing devices 3-3n are provided with trouble reporting means for reporting trouble to the monitoring device 2 when any trouble occurs at the facility and reporting means for reporting additional data containing a code or the like specifying that facility together with time when connecting the maintenance tool 5 and for reporting time when disconnecting the maintenance tool 5. Besides, the monitoring device 2 is provided with a registration data storage means for storing the data of registered workers, worker retrieving means for retrieving the relevant worker out of the dealing enabled workers from the registered worker data and the connecting condition of the maintenance tool 5 to the respective managing devices 3-3n when trouble occurrence information is received, and display means for displaying this relevant worker or the like. |
