SUSPENSION POLYMERIZATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure both transparency and releasability and both low-temp. fixability and transparency and to improve transferability by supplying a dispersed phase contg. a specified thermoplastic silicone resin and a continuous phase contg. an aq. medium to a granulator, preparing a suspension contg. polymerizable droplets of desired size and completing polymn. reaction to obtain polymer particles. SOLUTION: A continuous phase contg. an aq. medium in a continuous phase tank 1 and a dispersed phase contg. a thermoplastic silicone resin based on a monomer compsn. in a dispersed phase tank 2 are simultaneously introduced into a granulator 5 in a certain ratio and a suspension contg. polymerizable droplets of desired size is prepd. This suspension is introduced into a polymn. tank 3 with a condenser 6 and polymn. reaction is completed by heating with a heating jacket 7 to produce polymer particles. The silicone resin preferably has 2×10<4> -1×10<5> cP melt viscosity at 110 deg.C and 3×10<3> -1×10<4> cP melt viscosity at 150 deg.C.
