<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal wheel wherein an opening and closing plate can be fastened supportingly and surely to the lockout position of its wire hanging portion and can be released easily by a single-hand operation from the fastening state of the lockout position. SOLUTION: A pulley for hanging thereon a wire and guiding therethrough the wire is supported rotatably by an attaching frame 11. An opening and closing plate 18 is so attached rotatably to the attaching frame 11 as to open and close the wire hanging portion of the pulley. On the attaching frame 11, a fastening protrusion 20 with a fastening groove 21 is provided protrusively to form on the opening and closing plate 18 an engagement hole 22 for engaging it with the fastening protrusion 20 when the plate 18 is rotated in the lockout position of the wire hanging portion. Also, on the opening and closing plate 18, a fastening member 30 is provided to make it movable between its engaged/ separated positions with/from the fastening groove 21 of the fastening protrusion 20. Further, there is provided on the plate 18 an operational body 35 for operating movably the fastening member 30 between its engaged/separated positions.</p> |
