PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a dynamic template function making it possible to develop a picture by a relation between inputted items fixed clinically by obtaining a problem point meeting a restricting condition with respect to inputted data and then dynamically obtaining a difference item with an already inputted item with respect to to the problem point. SOLUTION: A problem point specifying processor 106 estimates what the problem point of a patient is from data collected by a data collecting processor 105 based on control information retrieved from an each-problem-point control information data base 109. Then the set of specified problem points and an updated restriction condition concerning time are registered in patient problem point data 111 and the set of specified problem points is delivered to an estimated input processor 107. The processor 107 estimates the candidate of next input data from data collected by the processor 105 and the problem point specified by the processor 106 and displays it on a user interface. Data selected by a user from this is registered in a patient state data base 110.
