PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily immobilizing membrane-binding protein under mild conditions, while minimizing elimination. SOLUTION: This method adsorbs any membrane-binding protein on a carrier in the presence of a surfactant and then removes the surfactant, to agglomerate the membrane-binding region of the membrane-bound protein and immobilize it on the carrier surface.
