PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-tonic and hair-growing agent having excellent trichogenous and hair-growing effect, imparting the hair luster, springiness and smoothness, improving the combing smoothness, safe to human and animal and applicable to general foods and drinks. SOLUTION: This hair-growing agent contains an extract of Salvia splendens and/or BOTANPI (root of Paeonia moutan) in combination with extract of one or more kinds of plants selected from among Plectranthus rugosus, Scutellaria baicalensis, Hypericum erectum, Magnolia obovata, comfrey, cherry, Perilla frutescens crispa, Paeonia albiflora, stevia, Pinellia ternata, Pachyma hoelen, Ficus religiosa, Salvia splendis and Paeonia moutan. |
