SPRAY NOZZLE FOR GREASE COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat grease uniformly by providing air jet hole in an outer periphery of a grease outflow opening and making area of opening of the air jet hole not smaller than area of opening of the grease outflow opening. SOLUTION: An outer fixture member 3 forming an air jet hole 2 has an inner diameter of 4 mm and provided with an air intake opening 5 in a flange part 4 and has a tapered female screw 6 threaded on a bottom side. An inner fixture member 8 forming a grease outflow opening 7 has a tubular shaft part 9 formed to be of an outer diameter of 3 mm and is provided with a through hole 10 having an inner diameter of 1 mm. A tapered male screw 11 provided on an approximately central part is screwed in the tapered female screw 6 on the outer fixture member 3. In the case of a spray nozzle 1 for grease coating, ratio of opening area of the air jet hole 2 and opening area of the grease outflow opening 7 is 1.75π(mm<2> ):0.25π(mm<2> )=7:1.
