摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deploy a hood on a rainy day by forming the hood with a hood section, a humidity observation section and a power supply section, operating the humidity observation section with the power of the power supply section, and opening the hood section via the sensing of humidity. SOLUTION: A hood section 1 is constituted of a sheet 11 and an opening/ closing section 12. Sliding bodies are fitted on both sides of the tip section of the sheet 11, and they are slid along a pair of the right and left guide frames. A humidity observation section 2 is constituted of a humidity sensor, and the humidity sensed by the sensor is transferred to the control board of the opening/ closing section 12. When the humidity becomes higher than the prescribed humidity or the ascending rate of humidity in the prescribed time is extremely high, the sheet 11 is deployed by a command from the control board. When the humidity becomes the prescribed humidity or below or the descending rate of humidity in the prescribed time is extremely low, the sheet 11 is stored. A power generation section by a solar battery 31, a battery, and a controller are unified to form a power supply section which supplies power to the opening/closing section 12. Clothes can be prevented from being wetted by rain.
