PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pyrolyze a disposed plastic at a low cost and recover the plastic as a resource. SOLUTION: This pyrolytic apparatus 1 is equipped with a feeding part 2 for thermally melting a plastic and forcedly feeding the molten plastic and a pyrolytic part 3 for pyrolyzing the molten plastic. The pyrolytic part 3 has a tubular type body 7 equipped with an introduction port 9 for introducing the molten plastic and a discharge port 10 for discharging a pyrolyzed gas and a heating device 8 for heating the periphery of the body 7. The molten plastic exchanges heat with the tubular wall and is prolyzed during the movement thereof in the body 7.
