PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition having excellent coating adhesivity and capable of being coated without requiring any primer coating and primer treatment, by compounding an ethylene/hydroxyl group-containing unsaturated compound copolymer, and an ethylene/carboxyl group-containing unsaturated compound copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a propylenic resin, (B) 2-25 pts.wt. of an ethylenic resin, (C) 0.01-30 pts.wt. of an ethylene/hydroxyl group-containing unsaturated compound copolymer having a hydroxyl group- containing unsaturated compound content of 10-60wt.%, and (D) 0.01-20 pts.wt. of an ethylene/carboxyl group (including acid anhydride groups)-containing unsaturated compound copolymer. (E) 1-200 pts.wt. of an elastomer may be further compounded therein. The component A is preferably a block copolymer of propylene with an alpha-olefin (especially ethylene). |
