PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lustrous feeling by providing a moving window slidable by being guided by a first seal member having a part to be internally installed in an almost U-shaped window frame having one side opening along the outer periphery of the window hole part, and fixedly arranging a fixed window by a second seal member fitted to/installed on the outside edge by covering a part of a window hole and the window frame. SOLUTION: A moving window 20 slidable by being guided by a first seal member 33 having at least a part to be internally installed, is provided in an almost U-shaped window frame 14 (a sash frame 31) having one side opening along the outer periphery of the window hole part bored in an outer wall of a door 12 of a cab 11 to be adhered/fixed to a second seal member 40 fitted to/installed in a flange plate edge part to constitute the outside end part of the window frame 14 so that a fixing window is fixedly arranged by covering a part of the window hole part and a part of the window frame 14. A third seal member is installed in the window frame 14 of the part uncovered with the fixing window. The end part of a fixed window 22 and the edge part of the third seal member become a continuous image, so that an external appearance image having a united feeling can be obtained as the whole window.
