PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate an org. compd. from an inorg. salt-containing org. compd. such as a salt-containing fermented material or the like such as strained lees of soy or the like in a salt-free state. SOLUTION: A soln. to be treated of an inorg. salt-containing org. compd. is housed in a treatment tank 1 and froth (a) is generated in the soln. to be treated and an org. compd. is separated from inorg. salts by this froth. Therefore, useful components can be effectively utilized and salt-containing waste is separated into a salt component and org. matters to be made easy to discard. |
