A communication device comprises an antenna (6) having a first conductor (23) formed annularly, a second conductor (24) opposed with a predetermined interval from the first conductor (23), and a third conductor (25) electrically interconnecting the first and second conductors (23, 24), wherein the conductor of the antenna is disposed on an outermost portion of the communication device. Therefore, the dimension in a direction of the thickness of the band and the dimension in a planar direction of the case of the communication device are small, the feeling of wearing the communication device is good, and the whole size of the communication device is small.
