摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality chip excellent in strength and tougheness by coarsely crushing a used or defective sintered hard alloy chip, admixing tungsten powder, heating and then crushing the admixture. SOLUTION: A sintered hard alloy chip consisting of a hard phase with tungsten carbide as the main component and a binding phase with cobalt and nickel as the main components is coarsely crushed. Tungsten powder is admixed with the coarsely crushed material. The tungsten-contg. admixture is heated in a non-oxidizing and non-carburizing atmosphere to obtain a heated substance contg. the iron-family element-contg. multiple carbide contg. cobalt, nickel, tungsten and carbon, and the heated substance is crushed. The heating and crushing are repeated at least twice. An additive contg. at least one kind of carbon source among carbon, graphite and carbon precursor is added to the regenerated powder, mixed and crushed to obtain the pulverized powder.</p>
