PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer for preventing the deterioration of recording accuracy and the deterioration of optical parts used for an image recording device by preventing the infiltration of ink dust and the like into the image recording device. SOLUTION: An opening 109 for passing through laser beams 89 is formed on a casing member 99 encircling an image recording device 25 and a shutter mechanism 110 for opening and closing the opening 109 is provided in the casing member 99. Also a nozzle 617 blowing air into the casing member 99 and a diffusion plate 618 disposed facing the nozzle 617 are provided in the casing member 109. The nozzle 617 is connected with a compressor for taking in and compressing air from the outside of a chamber, in which a printer is disposed, through piping and an on-off valve with a regulator for regulating pressure and a filter are provided in the piping. |
