PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell that is less expensive and does not have the possibility of causing environmental pollution. SOLUTION: In this solar cell, a glass board 1, a transparent electrode 2, a metal oxide containing layer 3 made by drying and sticking a mixed material of anatase-type TiO2 and potassium silicate, an electrolyte layer 4 made by drying and sticking a mixed material of anatase-type TiO2 and potassium silicate, a current collecting electrode 5 made by drying and sticking a mixed material of graphite and potassium silicate, and a glass board 6 are arranged in a laminated form. When light rays incident upon the glass board 1, electric power can be obtained from the transparent electrode 2 and the current collector electrode 5. |
