<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability and convenience of portable electronic mail terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A CPU 101 performs transmission and reception of an electronic mail through a modem 106, respective kinds of setting corresponding to the operation at a keyboard 105 of a user or data input by executing a program stored in a ROM 102. Setting items include a password and a mail address, etc., for judging the electronic mail to be transferred and set contents are stored in RAM 103. At the time of receiving the electronic mail through the modem 106, the CPU 100 judges whether or not to transmit it to a transmission destination set beforehand based on the free capacity of the RAM 103, on the mail address of a transmission source or on a term included in it and performs storage of the received electronic mail to the RAM 103 and transmission of the electronic mail through the modem 106 corresponding to the judged result.</p> |
