FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: sample of milk material is defatted by centrifugation. Reference sample is separated and freed of angiogenine by means of affinity chromatography. Reference and investigated samples are subjected to competitive immunoenzymatic analysis. Optical density is measured and, when compared to calibration curve data, indicates angiogenine quantity. EFFECT: increased sensitivity and simplified procedure. 2 ex
