<p>A phenolic-resin foam laminate which is reduced in phenolic-resin oozing and in stains thereon and is excellent in product quality and adhesion strength of the face material; a process for producing the laminate; and a method of using the laminate. The laminate comprises a phenolic resin foam and a nonwoven fabric of synthetic fibers bonded to one or both sides of the foam without using an adhesive layer, the nonwoven fabric having a fiber fineness of 3 deniers or finer and a basis weight of 15 g/m2 or higher.</p> |
