The connector plate (30) includes spade ends (31) pressed in the slots (26) of a fixing bracket (20) with the teeth (33) facing outwards when the bracket is secured to the vertical face (11) via the tapped holes (22 and/or 23). When a flanged side panel is attached to the bracket via the tapped holes (27), the connector teeth penetrate the side panel's inside surface to form a high conductivity union as the spring-plate (32) flexes progressively until the screws are fully tight.
