A current supply circuit and bias voltage circuit is realized which is suppressed against temperature dependency. A current supply circuit suppressed in temperature dependency is configured such that a control voltage is generated by amplifying a base-to-emitter voltage of a transistor Trl so that the control voltage is applied to a base of a transistor Tr2 for supplying an output current to a load connected to a collector. Also, as for a bias voltage circuit an output voltage suppressed in temperature dependency is generated by a voltage drop due to a collector current of the transistor Tr2 and a resistance connected to the collector. <IMAGE>
