PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output device to edit output image data as desired in simple configuration. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a memory 20 for storing image data, a function generating part 40 for generating a prescribed function E(x, y) at a desired position on an XY address space in synchronism with read-out control of image data onto the output XY plane, and an image data processing part 30 for performing image processing corresponding to the value of the function to output image data (g) in the corresponding address space based on the value of the function E(x, y). According to the value of the function E(x, y) to be generated at the desired position in synchronism with the read-out control of the image data onto the output XY plane, various kinds of image processing to the output image data (g) are performed in real time. |
