PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the case input conditions of job cases inputted to a system and to totally provide the case input conditions required for an information reception source in an inter-enterprise transaction system. SOLUTION: A client 5 at an information transmission source registers a new case designating the enterprise at the information reception source into a case DB 11. While receiving the report of case registration from a job program 21, a status managing program 22 updates the number of cases of relevant reception sources in a case number information DB 12 storing the number of cases of respective reception sources and reports it to a status managing program 23. While receiving this report, the program 23 updates the number of cases of transmission sources concerning the relevant reception source in a service status DB 13 storing the number of cases of respective transmission sources for each reception source. In response to reference from the client 5 at the reception source, the status managing program 23 refers to the DB 13 and sends the number of cases of respective transmission sources related to the relevant reception source to the reference source. |
