PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a summary of document data corresponding to the viewpoint of an information referencing person or an information supplier. SOLUTION: A word significance deciding part 111 calculates word significance by referring to an unnecessary word storage part 109 and a general word appearing frequency storage part 110 and stores it in a word significance storage part 113. A significance change part 112 changes word significance by referring to a keyword designation part 105. A sentence significance deciding part 114 refers to the word significance storage part 113 and calculates sentence significance by using the sum of the word significance of the words in a sentence and stores it in a sentence significance storage part 115. A sentence selection part 117 selects the sentence of high significance in accordance with the amount of summary document which a summary document amount designation part 116 designates and a summary document generation part 118 rearranges sentences which the sentence selection part 117 selects in an appearing order in the original document so as to generate a summary document. |
