PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically hold the stopping state of a rotating shaft, when a current is not applied to a motor. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 2 is installed around a rotating shaft 1, movably in the axial direction of the shaft 1 and rotatably. A linkage protrusion 3 is installed at the end portion of the permanent magnet 2 in the moving direction. A stator 8 is arranged concentrically with the permanent magnet 2. When current supply to a motor is stopped, current supply to a coil 9 is stopped, thereby moving the permanent magnet 2 to come into contact with a coupling plate 4 fixed to the rotating shaft 1 and a fixed coupling plate 6 in the unmoved state. The linkage protrusion 3 enters recessed parts 5, 7 which are formed in the coupling plate 4 and the fixed coupling plate 6. |
