PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation microscope capable of holding an operator's observing angle at a prescribed angle required by the operator independent of operator's height and changing an operator's apointing position. SOLUTION: In the case of moving a microscope body in the upper direction in order to lift an operator's apointing position at the time of operating a patient's affected part, the drive of a vertical movement unit 7A is controlled and a lead screw shaft 38 is rotated. Interlocking with the drive control of the unit 7A, the drive of an objective lens driving unit 31 is controlled, a lead screw shaft 34 is rotated and an objective lens unit 30 is moved downward along the optical axis C of a lens barrel 9 to maintain a distance between the objective lens 10 and an observing eye at a fixed value without changing it. An observing angle is held at a prescribed angle suited to the operator. |
