PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device and a camera constituted so that underexposure due to the omission of the light emission of a flash light emitting means is surely prevented. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the flash light emitting means 3, a light emission signal output means 2 outputting a light emission signal for allowing the means 3 to emit light to the means 3, and a control means 1 controlling the means 2 to output the light emission signal plural times so that the means 3 may emit the light once. |
