<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new algorithm for cut edit in the unit of frames, with respect to a moving picture experts group(MPEG) picture that is an international standard for a dynamic image. SOLUTION: A cut end image is filter-processed, the result is re-encoded, a reproduction number is rewritten, and the resulting images are rearranged. Through this constitution, the algorithm is not only applied to computers but also become applicable to video telephone systems, digital broadcast edit systems, remote medical systems, and remote guard systems or the like.</p> |
