PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte sheet in which wiping is prevented from occurring and small letters on a highly accurate picture face are enough visualy confirmed. SOLUTION: A matte sheet prepd. by laminating a light diffusion layer contg. 0.5-25 pts.wt. diffusion material per 100 pts.wt. acrylic resin on both faces or one face of a synthetic resin layer is provided and the diffusion material consists of a crosslinked acrylic resin with a wt. average particle diameter of 3-30μm and a standard deviation of the particle diameter of at most 1/2 of the wt. average particle diameter. In this case, the thickness of the light diffusion layer is 5-300μm and in the diffusion material, particles whose particle diameters exceed 50 m are at most 1 wt.% of the whole particles.
