PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. which is excellent in high- and low-temp. properties and scratch resistance and has softness and deep-drawability by compounding a polypropylene, an uncrosslinked ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, an ionomer copolymer, a specific ethylene copolymer, a graft polypropylene, and an acting agent. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises (A) 10-40 wt.% crystalline polypropylene, (B) 15-50 wt.% uncrosslinked ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber (including an ethylene-propylene-nonconjugatged diene copolymer), (C) 10-50 wt.% ionomer copolymer formed from ethylene and anα,β-unsatd. 3-8C carboxylic acid, (D) 0.1-5 wt.% ethylene-glycidyl acrylate copolymer, (E) 0.1-10 wt.% polypropylene with anα,β-unsatd. carboxylic acid grafted thereonto, and (F) 0.01-1.0 wt.% amine as an acting component which acts as a crosslinker and a catalyst. |
