PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition for powder molding which hardly whitens on bending without difficulty and excellent in flexibility. SOLUTION: This olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition for powder molding comprises an olefinic thermoplastic composition comprising 5-93 wt.% of a component (a) and 7-95 wt.% of a component (b) described below, and has a complex dynamic viscosityη* (1), measured at a vibration frequency of 1 radian/sec at 250 deg.C, of 1.5×10<5> poise or less and a Newtonian viscosity index (n) of 0.67 or less calculated by the formula n= logη$ (1)-logη (100)}/2. A powder for powder molding comprises this composition and a molded body is obtained by subjecting the powder to powder molding. (a): a polyolefinic resin. (b): (b-1) and/or (b-2) described below. (b-1): a propylene-1-butene-based copolymer rubber. (b-2): a propylene-α-olefin-ethylene-based copolymer rubber.
