PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct driving start of a load circuit in a short time. SOLUTION: The electric power supplied from a feeder system 12 is boosted by a booster circuit 14. A charging control circuit 23 conducts shutting-down without supplying electric power to a secondary voltage 20, if booster voltage is lower than the drive voltage of a load circut 26 for keeping voltage supplied to the load circuit 26 to be higher than drive voltage. A charging control circuit 22, is booster voltage exceeds the drive voltage of the load circuit 26, conducts charging by supplying electric power to the secondary battery 20. As a result, it is possible to start driving the load circuit in a short time. |
