PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the owner of a file by guaranteeing that displayed contents are the same with the contents of a file when the contents of the file which is stored magnetically, optically, or electrically in an internal or external storage device are displayed in an office process or accounting process on a computer. SOLUTION: When the contents of the file stored magnetically, optically, or electrically in the internal or external storage device are displayed, data parts corresponding to slips, books, and reports and control data parts containing additional information for displaying, guaranteeing, and utilizing the contents of the data are stored in combination. When the file is displayed, both the data are edited according to the purpose of use, not only characters, but also colors, charts, symbols, and patterns are combined and displayed in an easy-to-see state, and the approval and inspection results of the displayed data are stored in the control data parts. Consequently, the contents of the file are guaranteed and the owner of the file can be specified. |
