PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and to unnecessitate the skill of a worker by enabling winding without applying unsuitable external force or twisting to a core wire in hausing an optical fiber fusion splicing part with it excess length part. SOLUTION: At the central part of a winder 3 in a storage case 1, a groove for attachment is formed for inserting a core wire L from the side face and when winding the core wire L, a reinforce sleeve 10 in the middle of the core wire L is inserted into the groove and fixed. Next, the core wires L at the terminal parts of the reinforce sleeve 10 are respectively arranged outside through inlets 5 and a lid 2 is closed later. In this case, by rotating the winder 3 in a winding direction while utilizing take-up holes 14 and 15 in the state of holding the storage case 1, the excess length part of the core wire L is pulled from the inlet 5 into the case 1. |
