<p>The invention concerns a method for detecting slippery surfaces, designed to be used in a vehicle with automatic transmission, characterised in that it consists in: detecting the instantaneous running conditions (3, 4, 5, 6), using at least one parameter representing the presence or not of a slippery surface (1); on the basis of said detection, generating by counting a value representing the evolution of running conditions in time (2); comparing said value to reference conditions (8, 9); depending on the result of said comparison, deciding whether the instantaneous running conditions correspond to a slippery surface or not (10).</p> |
