The invention refers to a disk cutter with mechanically-fastened plates intended for the cutting processing of ferrous or non-ferrous machine parts. According to the invention, the cutting wheel consists of a body (1) on which hard plates (2) are arranged radially and eccentrically by means of grooves (a) dug in body (1); the hard plates (2) are fastened using elastic clamps (d) obtained by drilling radially-axially arranged tension grooves (e). The fastening of hard plates (2) is achieved by fastening screws (4) and cylindrical nuts (3) transversally arranged with respect to the body (1) of the tool.
