The invention refers to a reversible slow hydraulic engine with radial pistons and constant displacement, designed to be used to activate hydraulic installations at low speed and high momentum. According to the invention, the engine is made up of two fixed half-casings (1 and 2), between which a multilobe cam (3) is mounted, on which some rollers belonging to some pistons (4) roll. The pistons (4) glide in the radial bores of an engine block (5) connected to a line-shaft (6). The fluid, which has entered the engine through the inlets (a) of a distributor (7), passes into the engine block (5) and pushes some pistons (4) which then release it through some outlets (b) of the distributor (7).
