<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method which suppress waste gases by treating dioxins and heavy metals in incineration and is helpful for pollution control. SOLUTION: The waste gases and the heavy metals, chlorides and pollutants may be made completely non-polluting by powdering residues, flying ashes or the like which are incombustibles to a pulverized form, injecting the powder thereof from a nozzle toward the impact heat plate in a furnace under and at expansion, high pressure and high speed while maintaining pressure, thereby disintegrating, crushing and destroying the dioxins. The waste gases of the dioxins are made non-polluting by installing alkaline calcium carbonate, slaked lime, sodium carbonate, coal ash, active carbon or the like as catalyst agents therein and oxidizing the dioxins to decompose the dioxins into carbon dioxide, water and hydrogen chloride.</p> |
