PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject improving agent that can be conveniently used in a habitual manner and can effectively improve the blood circulation without side effect by using the transglucoxylating vitamin P as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The objective preparation is obtained by using more than 0.001 wt.% of a transglucosylating hesperidin asα-monoglucosyl hesperidin or a transglucosylating vitamin P, a kind of transglucosylating rutin asα- pentaglucosyl rutin. This preparation may by orally or parenterally administered and the dose is usually about 1 mg-1 g/time/adult and once to four time administration/day/or or once to 5 times/week. When the above-stated trans- glucosylating vitamin P is combined with trehalose, a kind of disaccharide, the blood circulation is further improved to stabilize the transglucosylating vitamin P whereby the administration becomes easy and their absorption is accelerated.
