PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weatherable resin composition excellent in such weatherability that it can withstand the outdoor use, to be concrete, in such a long-term resistance to discoloration due to weathering as to give a color difference valueΔE of at most 3 in the 2,000 hr accelerated weathering test. SOLUTION: This composition contains a carbon black and fine inorganic particles coated with cerium oxide. The coated inorganic particles are obtained by crystallizing fine particles of cerium oxide on the surface of a base pigment comprising silica, talc or mica. The diameter of the carbon black aggregate is 65-85 nm. |
