SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mounting spindles on spring-loaded cross piece of spindle seat and adjusting effort Qb for balancing spindles due to changing spring position and compressing them beforehand. Balancing effort control is realized in two terminal positions of spindles: at minimum diameter Dr.min and maximum diameter Dr.max of rolling rolls in such a way that diameter Dr.min of rolling roll corresponds to maximum balancing effort Qb.max necessary for mounting coupling of spindle on drive stem of rolling roll without skewness in almost overbalancing position of roll coupling. Maximum diameter Dr.max of rolls corresponds to minimum balancing effort Qb.min necessary for mounting roll coupling of spindle on drive stem of rolling roll without skewness in almost underbalancing position of roll coupling at constant adjustment of springs 5 of spindle seat.
