PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form, without slit cutting process, a vibration converting means having a slit. SOLUTION: A stator 2 is structured by holding a first piezoelectric element 6 and a second piezoelectric element 7 with a first block 4 and a second block 5. The first block 4 is structured by a lower side block 10 formed of a cylindrical metal block and an upper side block 11 formed by laminating annular material plates. At the external circumference of the upper block 11, a plurality of slits 15 of the same shape for converting vertical vibration into torsional vibration are provided in the circumference direction with an equal angular interval. At the external circumference of each material plate, cutout portion formed extending in almost diameter direction and opening to the circumference surface is formed. The slit 15 is formed by the cutout portion of each laminated material plate. |
