PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED RUBBER MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a laminated rubber member excellent in the adhesiveness of a rubber plate and a reinforcing plate and having high quality. SOLUTION: At first, an unvulcanized rubber is supplied into a mold to be heated and pressed for about 10 min at 150 deg.C under a pressure of 100 kgf/cm<2> to vulcanize and mold a rubber plate 12 while a vulcanized adhesive layer consisting of a primer and a cover coat is preformed on the surfaces of a reinforcing plate 14 and an attaching flange 16. The obtained vulcanized plates 12 and the reinforcing plates 14 are alternately laminated to be set within a mold in such a state that the attaching flanges 16 are arranged on both sides of the laminated plates 12,14 and heated and pressed at 150 deg.C under a pressure of 100 kgf/cm<2> for about 60 hr to bond and integrate the whole.
