PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an olefin composite resin laminated sheet adapted to a thermoforming sheet material for producing a formed material having excellent rigidity and heat resistance by upgrading drawdown properties at the time of forming by a thermoforming method and improving productivity of the formed material. SOLUTION: The olefin composite resin laminated sheet comprises a surface layer and an intermediate layer in such a manner that the surface layer is made of an olefin composite resin material having a melt flow rate of 20 g/10 min or less and a density of 1.00 to 1.90 g/cm<3> , and the intermediate layer is made of an olefin composite resin composition as described below. The olefin composite resin composition contains a mixture of 100 pts.wt. of an olefin composite resin material having a melt flow rate of 20 g/10 min or less and a density of 1.00 to 1.90 g/cm<3> with 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. of a polytetrafluoroethylene, or contains a mixture of 100 pts.wt. of an olefin resin having a melt flow rate of 0.3 to 20 g/10 min and a density of 0.890 g/cm<3> or more with 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. of a polytetrafluoroethylene.
