PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the transfer of documents between a processor and a peripheral device in a computer system by storing immediately the document data in a memory of the computer system to an application program. SOLUTION: A RAM or another dynamic storage (memory) 220 of a computer system is connected to a bus 205 to store information and the instructions which are carried out by a processor 210. The transfer of document data is monitored between a processor which is running an application program and a peripheral device in the computer system. Then the copies of all document data which are generated as the output of the application program that is being run in the computer system are immediately fetched to the application program. These continuously fetched document data are stored in the memory 220.
