PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select whether a program is to be viewed as a normal images or otherwise with respect to compressing parallastic image data, executing scrambling to the compressed parallastic image data with prescribed scramble keys. enciphering the scramble keys, multiplexing them to produce a transmission stream and sending the transmission stream. SOLUTION: Eye image data between data which are compressed by an image compressing device 101 are inputted to a multiplexing device 105 as they are, and parallactic image data are scrambled by a scrambling device 103 and is inputted to the device 105. For the scrambling with the device 103, a scramble key for left eye image data is used. The scramble key is enciphered by an enciphering device 104 and is inputted to the device 105. The device 105 produces a transmission stream from compressed sound data, compressed left eye image data, individual information which enciphers the scramble key and individual information which enciphers a work key. |
