PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the loss of an output signal and to obtain a fast element with high sensitivity by sequentially connecting a signal of a vertical signal line to a horizontal read line, providing a resetting means of horizontal read lines which are connected to the output terminal side of each horizontal read line and are as many as output terminals and the horizontal read lines and defining the parasitic capacity of the horizontal read line according to the number of horizontal switch groups on a 2nd stage. SOLUTION: A signal charge is outputted to a horizontal read line 6 and is outputted as an output Vout through an output amplifier 7. Here, a clockϕRSTH is inputted to a control gate terminal of a reset switch QR, and the switch QR resets the potential of the line 6 and a horizontal signal line 5 in a horizontal read group B in which read is performed to a ground level. This prevents interference of each inter-signal charge that is successively outputted from the line 6. Then, because only a horizontal switch group Q on a 2nd stage is connected to the line 6, a parasitic capacity to the line 6 is reduced suddenly.
