<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release phosphorus sufficiently from sludge in an anaerobic tank and to remove phosphorus in a post-stage efficiently and stably by introduction wasterwater into an oxygen-free tank and introducing separated water containing return sludge and the volatile organic acids of a sludge conditioning tank into an anaerobic tank. SOLUTION: Introduced wastewater is first subjected to solid-liquid separation a sedimentation basin 1, and the separated water is introduced into an oxygen- free tank 4, and the separated sludge is introduced into a sludge conditioning tank 14. Conditioned separated water containing volatile organic acids(VFA) from the tank 14 is introduced an anaerobic tank 3 through a conduit pipe 15. In the tank 3, phosphorus accumulation bacteria in sludge are caught up into VFA, and mold fungi are inactivated to accelerate the sedimentation of the sludge. Mixed liquid discharged from the tank 3 is introduced with a nitrated liquid containing a carrier 16 from an aerobic tank 5 in a post-stage into the oxygen-face tank 4 to attempt the denitrification of denitrifying bacteria, and liquid after denitrificatiion treatment is introduced into the tank 5 for the oxidation-decomposition of residual BOD and others.</p> |
