PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable breadthwise smooth stretching with a stretching machine. SOLUTION: A roll 1 is unrolled, and edges on both sides in the longitudinal direction are held between endless belts of holding devices 3 and 4 constructed of paired upper and lower endless belts, and breadthwise stretching is made to make up a packaging stretch film for packaging. The film is made of polyvinyl chloride mixed with antifogging agent, and film unrolling force is 200-500 g per 350 mm film width. |
